We do ship to all EU countries. All orders to EU countries will be delivered duty paid (DDP) and there will be no additional customs fees for you to pay.
Important Note: In order for your order to be processed deliver correctly by delivered duty paid (DDP), make sure the correct SHIPPING TO country is selected.

DELIVERY COST
We don’t charge delivery cost. It’s totally FREE to all destinations. We do offer Next day delivery service as an option for UK based customers and Express Service for international customers at an additional cost.
DELIVERY TIME
Our super experienced and hardworking team aims to ship out your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, excluding public holiday). Delivery time varies depending on your destination. Next Day Delivery (1 business day) option is currently available for UK only. Orders will be shipped same day if ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday, any orders after this cut-off time will be sent out the following working day. If a order is placed for next day delivery after 1pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or on a Sunday, this will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday.

GOOD TO KNOW
If your destination is outside the UK you might have to pay custom & import charges once the package has reached your country. This is nothing UKLASH can control and it has to be paid by you as customer. Please be advised that the FREE delivery option for international orders (outside the UK) does not guarantee door to door delivery to some destinations. The package will go the nearest delivery collection point. Customer is fully responsible to keep track of their package and collect for collection point if necessary. Fees will apply for any unclaimed returned packages due to no collection. For guaranteed door to door delivery please select Express Delivery option at checkout.
Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by you at checkout and it is as a customer your sole responsibility to ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate. Customers have full responsibility to keep track of their orders at all times with the tracking number provided. We are not responsible for any delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. In the event that a product is lost in transit, we will help as much as we reasonably and necessary can to trace the package. In the event it is return back to us, to arrange redelivery you will have to cover for all return and postage fees. If requesting refund for a return due to invalid address, failed attempted deliveries or uncollected orders then the charge will be deducted from the refund. Note that we will do this independently of potential free delivery offers. We cannot offer free delivery twice.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you do need to make a return you are most welcome to return your order within 14 days of receipt. As we care about everyone’s health and hygiene, the product(s) must be unused in sealed packaging and resalable condition. The cost of returning the order will have to be covered by you as customer.
How to make a return:
- Contact us first with your order number and reason for return
- You will receive return instructions
- Then ship the order back to us and keep a receipt of postage
- Your return will be handled within 3-5 working days, once received
- We process your refund back to the card or account used to pay the order
