There are a few criteria to qualify for money back guarantee simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Take a clear photo of your lashes or brows before using our Lash and Brow Serum, the photo must have date time stamp clearly visible
  2. Continue to use our serum every night for a minimum of 12 to 15 weeks
  1. Take a photo of your lashes and or brows after 12 to 15 weeks of using, along with a photo of the used product, the photo must have date time stamp clearly visible
  2. Email these photos to our customer experience team (hello@no36cosmetics.com) with the above
  3. Your application will be examine by our team, will be processed within 5-7 days of submission
  4. If all evidence is approved you will receive a full refund or receive a replacement serum for you to continue your lash growth with us
